Daniel and his wife, Shannon made Southern Oregon their home in 2013 which is where they now reside with their beautiful two kids, two spunky dogs and countless chickens. When not working, Daniel spends most of his free time with his family but can also be found enjoying a good Netflix binge, in the gym or traveling to anywhere he can.

Favorite thing to do in Grants Pass? Get out and Enjoy the Rogue River! On a boat, in a raft or on the shore, with a fishing pole… it’s all good to me!

Favorite Restaurant in Grants Pass: There are quite a few that I enjoy for different reasons but at the moment… Twisted Cork is a must-try because of their amazing food. River’s Edge has an incredible venue overlooking the River but I’m also a fan of a delicious burger and milkshake for which I go to Jimmy’s Classic Drive-In.

Favorite Activity When Not Working: Well, I have three. The first is exercising… if it’s good for me, I’ll try it. The next thing would be traveling… You name it and if I can go there with my family… sign me up! And lastly, cooking… I love to eat, so naturally making food is an easy choice! Just don’t ask me to do the dishes…

Favorite Annual Event: This probably has to be Boatnik Weekend which includes the Carnival at Riverside Park, Jet Boat Races, the Boatnik Parade that goes downtown, a F18 flyover and of course, Fireworks!

Must-do in Grants Pass: You absolutely have to take the Hellgate Jet Boats down the river for a Dinner or Brunch cruise. The jet boats only run the river in the summer months, but it is a can’t miss!

What are you passionate about? Other than my family, my friends and my business… I’m extremely passionate about the health and well-being of the youth in our community. Too many kids these days are left without quality role models and the necessary resources in their life, and it needs to change.
